This is a photo of the very first Brooklyn Machine Works bike… painted by Vincent Gallo… as far as i know, he still owns it.
“ I like painting bikes and doing custom paint jobs. I once painted a friend’s bike with glow-in-the-dark paint and a handpainted logo. He owns Brooklyn Machine Works. It was his first bike he built. It was beautiful.” – Source

SagLife Black box
January 11, 2010
earlier today, Sag sent me one of their dope black box camera bags. due to laziness, i have not yet field tested it, but i did snap a few pics to show off some of the features/pockets (as i use this bag more and more, i will be updating this post with my likes and dislikes). when researching this camera bag, i found little information, so i hope i can shed some light on this dope bag.
scale
back has tons of padding.
2 mesh pockets on the sides. perfect for two bulldog u-locks… or a bottle of whatever
this pocket rules. it’s isolated from the main conpartment and is pretty spacious… i’m going to use this for fast food so my McChickens don’t get crushed.
this pocket is right under the fast food pocket near the top of the bag. great for small items like CF cards, card readers, in-n-out secret sauce packets, markers, what have you…
main compartment is pretty deep. you can easily fit a few camera bodies and a few lenses
stoked on this tripod holding flap. seems durable for my shitty tripod. there are also vents on the bottom, so liquid can drain out… something i was worried about at first.
extra waist strap included… foam dividers.
this bit opens for a skateboard. it is held closed by velcro and some adjustable quick release straps… holds board pretty damn secure.
main compartment can be accessed from the top or the bottom.
more thoughts soon. for full res photos, check out the set in my flickr
